What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be automatically subscribed to the chosen tier. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade the plan, you can do so by accessing the subscription page or by contacting our customer support team at any time.
Which plan is best for me and my team?

Can we try Evonue with multiple users?
Absolutely! Each tier offers a set number of user licenses. All plans begin with a 14-day free trial, so feel free to invite your colleagues within each plans limits at no additional cost!
What does the renewal process look like?
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you upgrade/downgrade your plan before the renewal date.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Visit the billing page by going to Settings > Company Billing > Subscriptions. From the subscriptions page, you can upgrade/downgrade your plan, update your payment method, and view historical transactions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Payment via Paypal is accepted for customers outside the United States. Payment via invoices are available for custom plans.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
To cancel your plan, simply visit Settings > Company Billing > Subscriptions for available options. You can downgrade or cancel the subscription as needed. To cancel a subscription, you'll need to cancel prior to the renewal date, otherwise the subscription will auto-renew. You can also contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to help (although sad to see you leave!).

There are a few pay-as-you go features that are paid to 3rd party platforms and carriers. For example, SMS(Text)/Call/Conversational A.I. can incur additional fees depending on usage and volume. Fees are direct pricing from the carriers and 3rd party networks. There are no hidden fees and you can monitor these additional expenses in real time.
